Getting Started
Step 1: Mini-Consult (Free)
This 10-minute phone consultation provides a brief overview of our program. During this conversation we will also assist you with obtaining labwork for prior to your consultation.
Step 2: Labs
Get your labs drawn! You can purchase your labs directly from us and get them done at a local LabCorp of your choice, or you can come in-office for a lab draw.
We can also provide you with a lab requisition form if you prefer to use your own insurance. There is a $50 administrative fee for this option, which will be credited towards your first month of Hormone Therapy services with us.
Step 3: Initial Consult
This comprehensive consultation includes a complete history and physical. In addition, we will go through each lab one by one with you so you understand where you stand with your health. This visit is more than just a hormone replacement therapy consultation; it includes vitamin and supplement counseling and additional services such as growth hormone optimization or weight loss, if interested.
